I’ve had to miss two appointments for extreme reasons and that pushed my braces treatment about 8 months from when I was supposed to get them off. Service is good, I just think that there should be more locations and have their hours extended, so that appointments don’t have to be rescheduled until like two months after when is supposed to.
loved this place the staff made the appointment fast and efficient. I never felt like i wasted my time or money. They made my sons smile great he smiles more that means alot to me.

They all went above and beyond to help me get my son's braces and almost 2 yrs later he is more than happy to smile and without covering his mouth with his hand. Dr. Trockel and the staff are absolutely amazing! I recommend them to everyone.
