True salon is TRUEly amazing – I am TRUEly happy i found True Salon and spa. Its a upbeat salon in old elk grove filled with friendly hairstylist and wonderful estheticians. The salon is very organized, neat, and clean. Owner's Customer Service skills lack professionalism – Whitney has been doing my hair for about 6 months, while she is a talented young stylist, I am afraid she has real bad days and almost dislikes her customers on those days. She not only did NOT return my greeting and inquiry as to her well being, she snapped at me for the choices I was making in regard to my OWN hair, and then to top it off, she informed me that I was coming in too soon, as it had only been four weeks! Do Not Go Here – When i called I explained exactly what I wanted and ask for someone that could do that. I got there and told the Lady again what i wanted,showed her a picture and told her do not allow it to be flat on my head. She did not cut it like the picture,did not listen to me and used a flat iron so that it laid flat on my head. I start a new job Monday and my hair is horrible. True Salon and Spa is the best! – True Salon and Spa is the best salon I have ever been to! Everyone that works there is very friendly and welcoming! Whitney did my hair extensions and they are the most natural looking extensions I have ever seen! The extensions look fabulous and i love them!

Best Hair cut ! – At the beginning of this year I wanted to have my hair cut but my normal person was not able to fit me into her schedule. So after looking online I found True Salon and Spa at first I was not sure how it would go because I had never been to that nice of a place but I was welcomed by a very nice person and then was helped by Kayla. Best Salon! – I recently went to True Salon to get my hair done, and it was by far the best salon experience I have ever had. First, I walked in and was greeted by a brunette i believe it was the receptionist who was very sweet and offered me something to drink (Free Champagne!) Then I went to Stacey and got a haircut and Keratin treatment, she was by far the most sweetest and most helpful stylist I have been to in years.
