I loved going in there it’s beautiful and clean but since COVID hit I’ve asked them to freeze my account and the first time they did no issue, but this past time when I asked them if I could freeze it another time because I still am recovering from the financial burden they told me YES. But proceeded to charge my card and when I emailed and called multiple times ( now it just hangs up on me if I hit 3 for management) no one has gotten back to me. Great place to relax, recharge and rejuvenate!
By far the best experience I've had in life. after each float I left the pod feeling lighter and extremely refreshed. My second float I had sort of an outer body experience that left me not remembering entering the pod. After gathering myself I had an overwhelming feeling of energy and enthusiasm. The staff at this location is top notch absolutely A1. I truly cant wait to see what my future floats have in-store for me.

amazing experience today! Very clean, very relaxing. I was nervous to feel enclosed but it didn't feel that way at all, I had full control of if I wanted lights on or off and could leave door up if wanted!
It was amazing! In the beginning you have to get all your wiggles out and tons of thoughts go through your mind. Then you start to relax and you’re kinda in a state between awake and asleep. I relaxed and felt weightless. I will definitely go back!
This was 1st time at a Float Spa. We were Welcomed by Filip when we walked through the door. He was Amazing. He told us about what to eexpect. Showed us around after doing paperwork. We watched movie. After the movie Filip took us to our room made sure we knew what to do and made sure all our questions were answered.
