I love True Rest! Perfect to rewind at the end of the day, or a perfect way to start your day. Having a membership here has been completely worth it with my busy schedule, and how active I am daily. Staff is always super friendly, I am never rushed, and they always have the best tea. I look forward to every appointment :-)

The staff was awesome, truly wonderful ambiance! They think of Everything!! They have the right lighting for the suite, the pod, music - they provide or you can bring your own, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, towels, spa shoes etc. The water is amazing, it's soft and warm and it hard to get out of, like a relaxing bath! I truly recommend it!
Floating was just what I needed after a long day of working outside. It was wonderful to be able to come in completely exhausted and allow the pod to absorb me and be able to completely release all tension. I left feeling refreshed and reborn.
True REST was AMAZING! The staff were all warm, calming and welcoming. The spa is BEAUTIFUL. You can't help but feel better the moment you walk in! The float was awesome and I feel like I lost 20 lbs of stress in my first session and got home feeling like I could conquer the world! I have already been raving to all my friends about it. I can't wait to go back! Thank you for an amazing experience :)
I was greeted graciously by Crystal. She was very thorough in explaining the benefits of the float. She was able to calm me down and made sure I was aware of what would be happening. She made the experience very comfortable!
This was my first float experience. Matt @ Float was great. He put me at ease, guided me to a relaxing room to watch the video on the float process. He was professional and very knowledgeable. The float room was clean & well prepared. My float was very relaxing and calming. Everything i had hoped for. I used the oxygen machine after Matt offered me warm ginger tea . Perfect ending to a truly great float experience !! Thanks to Matt !!
