My expectations were low when I first went to flotation therapy. I suffer from anxiety that is aggravated by hyperthyroidism. I hoped flotation therapy could help me relax a little, but it did so much more. I was able to unplug from the world for an hour, and I left feeling refreshed. I was more calm than I have been in years! I highly recommend this, and I will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience at Tempe True Rest! I'm already a member and I brought 2 friends. They enjoyed it so much, both are now members too. Floating is rejuvinating for body, mind, and spirit!
This was one of the weirdest, most relaxing experience I've ever had. It was difficult for me at first to relax, but once I did, I actually fell asleep while floating! I've recommended it to several people and plan on returning with my husband.

I had a stiff neck and shoulder for over a week. My husband found True Rest online and booked us for an appointment. The hour floating in the warm salt water was very relaxing, my back already felt better when I was sitting in the relaxation room sampling the oxygen bar. I went home and slept for 10 hours! Amazing! I'll return for sure!
