I paid for overnight shipping, which was $30, for a product just for it to still come 2 days later. Granted I guess i should’ve read all their fine print all the way at the bottom of their page under their shipping tab but I wasn’t aware after 12 pm and weekends were excluded. The customer service was so rude I couldn’t believe this was an actual business. Never buying their products again and honestly the product I received wasn’t worth all that money.
Acabo de salir estaba en búsqueda de un pantalón y las empleadas hablando por celular y pedía ayuda y ninguna le ayudaba , luego le acerqué a pedirles el favor de una talla y fueron súper groseras. Da mucho que pensar de un lugar de estos. Fatal la atención
3 female employees slouching over the cashwrap on their phone gossiping about w/e it was. Didn't greet, didn't welcome, didn't even try. Whoever is managing this location has some work to do to get the customer service up. smh
