Neil and the guys were amazing! My 13 year old oak hardwood floors came out brand new, all the years of dogs, kids, chairs scuffs, remodeling etc. are all gone, a new floor to start over again. Extremely professional and helpful with moving all the furniture and working with us to make this difficult job go smoothly. I would highly recommend Neil, Bob and Jesse anytime. True Quality Wood flooring did a fantastic job on refinishing the hardwoods in a 1955 home I recently purchased. He was also able to repair and refinish the parquet floors in the second living area which were badly damage. All floors look like new. Neil was very pleasant and great to work with. Extremely happy with the results.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They were professional, clean, stayed on schedule, and were cheaper! I looked at many installers and True Quality was the best bang for the buck! I would recommend them to everyone. I am a customer for life!
