They provided some great wood floor services for me. Was looking for a hardwood flooring specialist to re sand my hardwood floors. Neil showed up and gave me a great quote. Although the wood floors were in bad shape, he was able to refinish them in two days. Gotta admit, he did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend him. He was on time, very courteous and very professional!
I recently purchased an 80-year-old historic building in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This building was/is entirely constructed of Dade County Pine wood. Including all of the floors throughout the interior of the building. I'm very happy with the new engineered wood floors! Neil tore out the old carpeting, tacks and padding, cleaned up the floors and installed new walnut floors. We had very little room to move our furniture and belongings so he had to move them back and forth in order to finish the job. After the installation, he cleaned up the entire area. Refinished my floors in 1 1/2 days. Neal and his crew did a wonderful job. They moved furniture, dismantled my bed (and put it back up), they were prompt, left the place clean and the floors look brand new. I highly recommend them.
I just closed on my new condo yesterday and wanted to get my wood floors refinished before I painted and started moving in. I had some stained and darkened parquet floors in my Ft Lauderdale home. After contacting Neil and his company received excellent service and prompt response. The price was reasonable and what a difference it made to my parquet floor, they look fantastic! Neil did an excellent job and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing hardwood floors refinished. He was very knowledgeable and really knew his craft. Simply put…This company is by far the BEST. And if you’re reading this right now, it’s worth noting, I am NOT the online reviewing type! I was originally planning on taking the easy route and putting laminate or vinyl to cover a lot of of what seemed to me to be unsalvageable, and dirty/grimy original Date County Pine floors in the multi-family residential building I just purchased.
