These people are very shady. Who sells a property in the middle of the day? Who contracts out work to a contractor that starts while you own the property and finishes when you don’t? My AC hasn’t worked for a month. It was like pulling teeth to get them to bring me the window unit the maintenance man promised me. true property is the best rental property I EVER rented from. they are reliable, punctual and professional ! Firstly I love my home. They take great care of the tenants and i'm so happy that I chose to see how good they are for myself . Rented from them in past with good service. Wanted to apply for another property and after explaining my situation to the office person and concerns about losing application fee, was told and advised to apply and shouldn't be a problem since I had already rented before and will be contacted by the person I normally speak with. There was no call and had to call back several times to find out that I was denied, and application fee would be kept.
I live in a house next door to one of their properties, I don’t understand why people are saying they don’t fix their houses, our neighbors moved out in September and since then someone has been at this house daily doing something to it inside and outside I have actually thought about checking on this house when it’s available.
