I came in with left arm/shoulder freezing low back pain and a general feeling of unrest in my structure. Maybe from falling off a ladder some time ago or the multiple car accidents over the years. I was having trouble with yoga/exercise/everything from hand numbness & shoulder pain. Headaches are gone..foot pain...quit the sleeping pills. I'm at maintenance now every 3 weeks. Was just always told BS by traditional Dr. So glad I gave Dr. Joe a shot. NAILED IT!
I had been suffering for years of sciatica. The surgeon said I was ready for surgery but I didnt wanna do that at my age. So I went and met Dr. Joe. Best thing I ever did. He has me standing up straight again, working 12 hour shifts no problem and back doing all my chores.

Dr. Joe helped me after Drs, PT, another chiropractor and expensive shots did nothing to help hip pain after having my baby.
I used to be very skeptical of Chiropractic care. It took me a long time to trust someone enough to do adjustments on me and even longer to have my children adjusted. My regular chiropractor was on maternity leave when I had my 3rd daughter, which made it very difficult for me to just bring my brand new baby to a new doctor. She had colic and reflux. We went to Dr. Joe to have her first adjustments done. He made me feel so reassured and did a fantastic job!
True North Spinal has helped my son so much. He is a happy little boy now after getting his adjustments from Dr. Joe.
