Took off work 30 minutes early to make sure I was here for my appointment at 4:30, call the company When no around 4:25 Apparently, there's no appointment at all. Appointment was made February 28th at 12:40 p.m in the afternoon. I have the call log on my phone, but apparently truenorth can't seem to find that themselves. I am ticked, the drivers for this company will block intersections and have conversations with people passing by. I sat in the intersection while he (the driver of your company truck) talked for 5 mins, mind you he could care less, we honked and he didnt move didnt even look in our direction. I am PREGNANT and MY WATER JUST BROKE so i was trying to get home to grab my bags to head to the hospital and i have to deal with this. RIDICULOUS!!
