Everyone there was very professional and enjoyed their job. I'm new in Prescott and I left a great practice that I trusted. My questions were all answered and I am very confident that this dentist and staff will take great care of my expensive smile.
If it wasn't for Taylor I don't think I would go back to this dentist. Dealing with Alison at the front desk has made it so uncomfortable and awkward to ask any sort of question. She looks at you like you are dumb. I asked her to check my file for my flouride toothpaste prescription and she said there wasn't anything in my file, and I said that wasn't possible since this is the only dentist I have been to since I moved here 3 years ago.
