Incredible staff. I had an incredible experience. Highly recommended. They handled what my toyota dealership down south couldn't. Trust me, they are where its at.
Felt validated
This place talks about transparency " about how transparent they are" which I disagree with. They had a deal lined up for a 2025 CRV sport. It was like pulling teeth trying to get all the information about the car without physically being able to see it. (I live 1.5 hours away) they kept insisting about a deposit that was never stated was refundable. Anyways I drive all the way from Sudbury to North Bay to see the car and make the deal and they sell the car before I even arrive. They knew that but didn't consider my time val... read more
