In October, we purchased a used truck. Since the purchase, we have driven less than 3000km on the vehicle. Right at the beginning, we had issues with the stereo/sound completely disappearing. Bought a truck from here 5ish months ago had small issues from a electrical stand point. Nick the sales rep at the TIME when we bought the truck was great we reached to let them know the Electrical problem waited weeks to hear from him never did we reached out again after not hearing from him my truck that is new to me and have drove less then 5K kms on it since i got it the transmission has blown on a highway with my kid in the truck. I was on a tight schedule. needed Maintenance on my truck as I was getting ready for a long trip and Chevrolet were able to squeeze me in And get my transmission flushed In other fluid change, in a matter time. Great service with their Shuttle Drop you off to one place And you can text them if you go to a different location To pick you up. I was at Riverbend road they had zero problem of picking me up.
