As someone who deeply cares about my family members, I am deeply disheartened by their overall experience at True Mental Health (Tera). My loved one sought help for serious mental health issues, hoping for professional support and understanding. Unfortunately, Tara's lack of genuine investment and empathy was glaringly evident. Where do I start Tera is a AMAZING person she has helped me in the past with childhood trauma and has helped me regain myself I have meet with other therapist and nobody has compared to her she is the best unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover therapy anymore so I am not seeing her but she got me to a point in life where I don’t need a therapist and I will forever be grateful for her!
I am beyond grateful for Tera! She has helped me navigate, cope, recognize and start to heal through my anxiety & trauma for the last three years. She is a brilliant and skilled psychotherapist who will give you the appropriate tools to help you. She posses empathy, compassion and genuine care for her patients all while providing a safe environment. (Her therapy dogs are definitely a plus!)
