I have been removed from True Life for over a year after seeking aid for anxiety issues. In my view True Life fell short on a number of fronts. Most importantly there was not insufficient consideration and communication around the potential side effects of prescribed medications. There should have been much greater transparency allowing me, the client, to decide if I wanted to assume the risks of each med tried.
