I have been removed from True Life for over a year after seeking aid for anxiety issues. In my view True Life fell short on a number of fronts. Most importantly there was not insufficient consideration and communication around the potential side effects of prescribed medications. There should have been much greater transparency allowing me, the client, to decide if I wanted to assume the risks of each med tried. I was in a very dark place in my recovery when I found True Life Center for Wellbeing. I had worked with Dr. Roybal in detox and she was the one I remembered the most. She is an amazing person and wonderful Dr to work with when trying to recover from either mental struggles or addiction struggles. The other providers and staff are also so welcoming and helpful as well. In the first 6 weeks I made tremendous prgress with the program.
