RecommendedAt my visit today, I mentioned my right shoulder/upper arm was causing me pain and immobility. Dr. Russ Hobbs very carefully evaluated me, adjusted me, applied a natural pain oil and showed me how to take care of myself the next couple of days. This was also my annual x-ray review. He has a plan to makeup my treatments missed during the lockdown and get my body/neck back into alignment. He's the best!
When I first started with dr Russ, I could not move my left arm without experiencing pain nor could I look to my left without turning my body to the left. After the first visit I had more movement and after 5-6 visits I had full range of motion. I can lift my arm and reach for things without pain! I can look to my left without turning my body!
