Great service. Polite and kind
Today was my first visit at this practice and I will say everyone was very pleasant. The DA was very friendly and Dr. Melissa was super nice and personably. The entire interaction at this office was 10/10 even calling to confirm the address. I liked how they informed me of everything going on so I could know what to expect leaving no guessing.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience has been incredibly unprofessional, starting with the difficulty of even scheduling an appointment for a root canal. My appointments were repeatedly canceled and rescheduled, causing significant inconvenience. The root canal, initially started in September with a follow-up scheduled for October, was never completed due to constant cancellations on their end.
