My experience was great. The staff is always so kind, helpful, and knowledgable. I think the woman who cleaned my teeth was warm and friendly.

My experience at True Dental was wonderful! The only complaint I have is that the dental assistant did not have enough experience, in my opinion, to be working in a professional environment yet... I think she needs more training before she takes on the role of a dental assistant. Throughout my appointment she was needing a great amount of guidance from the dentist as to what needed to be done and when. Also, she was hesitant and unsure of herself when using certain tools and caused me a bit of physical discomfort.
My experience at True Dental was great! The Receptionist is very friendly and the Doctor is very kind. The Lady who worked on my mouth did an excellent job. I would recommend True Dental to anyone in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. True Dental truly does great work!
My front tooth chipped on a Friday night. I called the office Saturday morning and they were able to fit me in (even with their back to back appointments all day), fix my tooth and create a new retainer for me to take home. What a relief! Every visit has been very pleasant. The staff is very personable and helpful!

My son Jared was really pleased with his treatment at your office. He discomfort was minimal and he was happy with the results. The staff treated us great! They were very friendly and helpful. We will definately be back in the future. Thanks for your professionalism.
