Horrible unprofessional bunch of people. I had appointment at 4:45 pm. I came all the way from Western parkway, Bedford after planning the whole day ahead so that I can reach there on time. I had to take the bus and it took me almost an hour to reach there due to the traffic. At 4:22 pm I let them know that I am stuck at traffic and I will be 5 min late. Really appreciated how honest Will was! No pressure, just great advice and skill. Super happy with the results and already back this week for another service. Location is convenient and beautiful inside!
I didn’t want to post anything but the only reason I went to this clinic and trusted it is because of all the five star ratings. I was given a treatment I didn’t ask for without being fully explained what the procedure was. I asked for Botox for nasal flaring and was given a treatment for “gummy smile” without even being told that’s the treatment I was getting.
