RecommendedThe technician, Rob, did a really good job. The carpets look like new. We have two dogs so we had some hard to clean areas. Plus, the special price is exactly as advertised. No extra charges, hard sells or things like that.
Shout out to True Clean Carpet! Have used them for several years now, they are on Angie's List, and I have never been disappointed with their work. When I set up the appointment last week, we booked for today. On Friday they called and asked if I was aware that today was a holiday. My husband assured them I knew. We selected this company because of it's Angie's List rating. I'm so disappointed. It's more than 24 hours later and my rugs are still not dry and the mildew smell has permeated my house. The technian assured me my rugs would be dry in 2 hours and they still looked dirty because they were wet. I called to try for a resolution but the young lady, Hannah, that takes their calls was so rude and unprofessional. She was in essence blaming me for them screwing up my rugs. Never again!
