Yesterday I received a letter from here it had my name and address but the car and the mileage and info of the car was just filled with blue x’s… So I searched online and most of the reviews said it was a scam. True Auto, I couldn't believe they were people of their word. Our Air conditioner went at the hottest of the summer in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and I took to my mechanic , My Family Care Care thinking they're going to have an excuse. When Nick called me from MFCC, he said they are sending the part and paying for the labor. He said you need to keep them, they were easy to work with and hassle free.. thank you Tre' Auto for real!
Claims department would not return phone calls or emails to repair facility in a timely manner. When I called after two weeks about my authorization they were rude and said it would not be authorized. I had to relay the message to the repair facility and pay for repairs that should’ve been covered under warranty.
