I just wanted to say that this company is outstanding! They treated me like family and where so kind. They where very pleasant to work with and has a family friendly environment. I had to relocate for work and they where so understanding and worked with me through the process. I would 100% recommend this property management to everyone! Everyone is so kind and professional. Outstanding is all I can say !
Don't rent six nineteen Cornerstone Dr Windsor, CO. The owner likes to pop in unanoused and the property management will not return you deposit. You can hire carpet cleaning, housekeeper, and lawn services and they will still keźep your deposit. Renters beware dont rent.
I rented from them for just over two years. I never had a problem with them however the owner and maintenance men are another story. The maintenance men went through my personal stuff while they were there they are not to be trusted and the apartment began to get mold I have the pictures to prove it. They maintenance men cleaned it send told me if I kept any furniture against the walls I was going to be charged 110 because the mold was my fault. I have picture of how bad it got. This is in reply to A.M. I do not know what your problem is but people get annoyed when you do not tell them what they want to hear. We do not send pictures to anyone because they have been used in scams in the past. I did explain this, but then again people hear what they want to. Also one word answers save a lot of time on the telephone. I can't help anyone who is out of state and does not have someone view a property in person. Then AM got nasty with me. I called True Abundance looking to get a few questions about a property answered. Basic questions about school zone, how long the lease was, if dogs were allowed, things of that nature (woman answered in one word answers and was very rude about it like she was pissed at me for making her work). On the website I found the property, there was only one picture.
