I wasn't the bride so I can't attest to anything but the one fitting I attended with my sil to be. Clerk was attentive and nice. She answered all questions that were asked.
My mother, sister in law and myself (soon to be bride) went in the store to see dresses for my mother and all the ladies in the front desk were really unhelpful. Except for one employee who IS an asset to your company, Vanessa who walked up to us (not like the other who were all bunched up in the front doing nothing! She was the nicest sales person EVER, VERY helpful and thanks to her I now have a dress to wear the day of my wedding. Couldn't thank her enough, an employee like her are the ones who are worth keeping.
There was a very specific Sottero Midgley dress I had my eye on and Trudys had it, and close to my size - not a 4 like the other salons only seemed to have in the area. The girl who helped me offered suggestions on several other dresses in a similar style which I really liked, but not nearly as much. There was clearly a HUGE selection of dresses. They also helped my mom with her gown too! She looked stunning!
We gathered alot of information and it turned out to be a beautiful day, show was nice, although I wish they had the men come out and show us what is available, my Fiance felt the same way.
Loved my dress but overall my dress was so big it cost me get alterations cost me over $100 And I think young lady's that work at trudys they over order your size to protect them getting it to small and additional cost a size up cost $ and make you sign a paper so you are stuck with the dress
I had a terrible experience at trudys. The ladies that work here are very rude and judgmental. I came here a few years ago to get my prom dress and me being a bigger girl, they didnt seem interested in helping me and were very quick to dismiss me to help 2 other girls before helping me get a dress. I recently brought my sister here to see if they would have anything she liked because she really wanted to come her. And just like my experience was the exact same for her. Everyone was really helpful! Didi was so nice and very patient! I would definitely recommend Trudy's!
Super friendly staff and always there to help out. I found my dress here on my first appointment went to another place and did not receive the same attention. Came back and said yes to my dream wedding gown. Loved it!
