What a truly Amazing experience! I took my daughter in to look at prom dresses, the moment we walked in we were greeted by the nicest lady (who turned out to be the owner) she set my daughter up with her own personal consultant... I came in looking for my wedding dress after having a horrible experience at Davids Bridal. I worked with Vanessa and she was amazing. She was very patient and helped me find my dress. She made the process so easy and never made me feel pressured to buy that day. Definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a wedding dress.
My experience at Trudys was AMAZING. The gal who helped me was adorable, professional and made me feel VERY comfortable. I highly recommend making an appt and going here :) the remodel is gorgeous too!
Growing up in Campbell it has always been a dream of mine to shop at Trudys. Well ... Unfortunately my experience was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Ladies do NOT. I repeat do NOT get your wedding dress here. When I first went to try on dresses the lady that helped me said we only have 2 hours. I felt very rushed. I had a great time when I went in August and found my dress! My attendant listened to what I wanted and brought out a lot of the styles I described. The dress I chose ended up being something totally different than I thought but it was great! So many people loved the dress on our day. We just got married 10/28/2016. I also just wanted to leave some pics and say thank you!
Although the temporary location is cute.. Boutique style the customer service is HORRIBLE while the 4 girls at the front desk did absolutely nothing to make us feel welcome and it was like pulling teeth for them to help. Comments were negative like it will take 4 months to order dresses "sorry oh and that $60-80 extra rush charge because we're ordering for May" why thank you. Even if I had 2 years to plan wouldn't buy from Trudy's they should really think about hiring better caring consultants not just a bunch of girls chit ... read more
