Nathan Stoll with Trudo was such a pleasure to work with. He was very understanding of our needs and picked out amazing places for us to view in our short weekend trip to Chicago to apartment hunt. He put a lot of effort into finding us the perfect place and helping us get it! He went above and beyond to make sure we got our place and we couldn't be happier with the service. We plan on using Trudo/Nathan again in the future if we ever decide to upgrade our home!
I'm not from Chicago and i worked with Mary Kuipers and she was nothing less than amazing! She understands that one is valuable and always keeps you in the loop of what's going on.
Aaron Vincel is the best!! He got back to me right away, asked the right questions, and had me look at several options before I decided. Not only that but he answered EVERY question from not only me, but my overly cautious boyfriend (who is only going to be there once a month). He handled everything so professionally that if I have to look for another apartment I will be calling him again! Thanks Aaron!!!
Mary Kuipers, my leasing agent, was great! I had to move out of my place quickly. She helped me find a new apartment that had exactly what I needed on a very quick timeline.
They won't give me a refund for my first months rent, even though my contract for the apartment lease was terminated.

Great agency! My leasing agent was David Quezada, he was so accommodating to my schedule, even when I wanted to schedule viewings with only 1 day notice, or wanted to have a second look. He also knew all the areas I wanted to visit and could tell me a bit about them, with great recommendations for what would fit with my lifestyle/personality. He also gave me insights that I wouldn't have asked about on my own regarding the buildings and what offers I'd be able to make to get the best deal. 10/10 would recommend.
