My roommates and I had a showing for 11 am, we all took the day to drive to Chicago, a four hour drive for us. At 9 am, two hours before, we received an email from the Leasing Advisor Nathan cancelling. Not only did he unprofessionally cancel last minute, he had no other Leasing Advisor to give us the tour on his behalf. This company claims they “make your experience as effortless as possible” but driving four hours for nothing is a lot of effort on our end. Very frustrating experience.
At 11:30 this morning I was woken up to a knock and as I continued to yell " One Minute!" Eddie Aquino of Trudo Realty decided it was ok to let himself into the apartment I legally reside in and pay rent for every month. I was not contacted whatsoever by Eddie Aquino or Trudo Realty. My current lease explicitly states I am to be contacted 48 hours in advance before any showing of my apartment. When I confronted him at the door he laughed in my face. He was honest about the properties he was showing me, and he helped me weigh the pros and cons on my different options. He made this stressful process run smoothly. This review is long over due but better late than never. Nathan Stoll was instrumental in finding the perfect apartment during a time of year when perfect apartments are impossible to come by. Nathan was always quick to return emails, texts and phone calls and never hesitated to show a potential apartment to fit our schedule. Thanks again Nathan!
