Joey Gilmore was incredibly helpful and VERY easy/friendly to work with in our process to rent a house. There were a few hurdles we had to get through, and Joey managed to keep things in order, keep us informed, and most of all was just genuine and kind throughout. I had a very good experience with Joey Gilmore as my agent in finding an apartment this past week. He was professional, showing me a number of options which I felt excited about renting; as well as personable and a generally enjoyable person to spend an afternoon apartment hunting with.
