First the very pleasant staff greets you with smiles that is very welcoming, then when Dr Doctor comes in she has this gorgeous smiles that takes away any fear that might be there, she communicates with you so you talk to her on whatever is going on so she knows what to do to get u better. She is just an awesome person & it brings out the best in her as a Doctor. Thank you Dr Doctor.
The office was a very friendly environment. Dr Doctor is VERY detailed, thorough and patient. You dont feel rushed like other Doctors offices.
I have been with Dr Doctor for over ten years and she is absolutely the best doctor that I've met. I wish many drs could take a page from her book. I only wish she could be my dermatologist, cardiologist, gynecologist etc lol. It is always such a pleasure seeing her even at my lowest point. Also the staff is always so very friendly and efficient. This office is the best. Love u Doc
GREAT! Dr. Doctor has wonderful compassionate and empathic bedside manner. She was easy to talk to about numerous ailments always offering treatment options, not just a script. Happily recommend her to friends and family.

M visit today was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Doctor has a terrific staff and everyone is very efficient and kind. Dr. Doctor takes her time with the patient explaining everything in detail. She is soft spoken which made me feel so comfortable. I will recommend Dr. Doctor to my family and friends.
Worst doctor ever!!! Sent my father home without completing all test to make sure his UTI was under control!! My father is home now and can not move at all!!! She did not even examine him and did not say anything about his discharged!! All of the sudden the nurse walked in with the discharge paperwork!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!!!
Dr. Trudell has terrible bedside manner. She hasn't been an active hand in the care of my close relative. She asked me questions that she already should've known the answers to before out of nowhere suggests hospice or in the manner it was done. Very unprofessional. The active treating neurosurgeon has never mentioned terminal illness or the possibilities of hospice care being needed. Trudell also made negative statements re: if a procedure doesn't work and that negativity wasn't appreciated.
First visit I advised I had a bad ankle/foot sprain & also complained of my back issues..long story short I have NEVER had any issues with the service received from her in prior years experience but this time was not good! I was sent for X-rays for back/foot/mamo. She said back/mamo good to go no mention of foot. I had to tell her I had xray of my foot. she asked me was I sure..then had to call me back 30mins later to advise they were good also when Im still limping 3wks later. Now going to ER!!
