I called to schedule a physical, and they would not let me unless I scheduled a new patient appointment first. Could not give me the price of the new patient appointment. Would not schedule the physical until I had had the new patient appointment. Got rude with me! Don't even bother!
I am being charged for my annual bloodwork that should be covered 100% but was coded wrong. I have called multiple times and billing will not call me back. So disrespectful to not even call to say they are checking into it. I will never go back to this office again.
This was the best doctor years ago; she grew and left behind the patients who had followed her for many years and opened her own practice and focused on medical procedures (cosmetic). You can rarely see her and end up seeing a nurse practitioner, and they have made multiple mistakes medication errors, wrong patients, and wrong names. They also went out of network with our medical insurance and did not bother to send any paperwork to our family, and we continued to see them, resulting in numerous outstanding bills. I was charged 45$ for a convience blood drawn in the office. Quest is a mile down the road and free.Why wasn’t I told there would be a cost as I have never been charged the last two times?
Had been coming for over 8 years. Great doctor. Last Jan my Cpap broke I needed a new Script to replace ( had seen the doctor with in 6mo) it took multiple calls faxes and emails later over 3 week to get it written. Front desk actively tells you they triple book appointments to get in more patients wait times over 40 min. At last office visit asked for a medicine she prescribes renewed and it was written wrong and the pharmacy caught the dose error! Dr. Doctor is an excellent care provider, she takes time to really analyze your issues & concerns. She is also very kind. & all her staff are helpful & friendly.
