Friendly staffs. They can cross check parts for you most of the time, but if you don't have a part number, they can't help you. Their price are average but they do have good sales all the time so you can get great deals sometimes.
Howard was helpful but also told me the dumbest thing... "WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE". So unless you want to drive to the location don't waste your time. Myself I'm over 2 hours away... crazy.... a company that doesn't want your business.
