Mike has always been very professional, the service/tech team always go out of there way to help customers. Service manager Mike spends time with customers explaining repairs and the amount of time for the repair...Great job guys
Seems like they mostly do fleet repairs for bigger companies and prioritize them instead of you. Owner Operators look for another place to fix your truck. Waited an entire day for simple coolant hose fix and filter change and had to argue with them about the extra charges. $36 for two small hose clamps? Seriously? Would never return there again.
