I came to buy a car in cash, and When we arrived, we were not helped. Finally, a girl came out and asked us if we wanted the keys to one of the vehicles. I was very disappointed in the way this place treats its customers. We did test drive a car, and when we returned, nobody came out to ask us if we liked the car. My daughter enjoyed the car, so I did buy the car. We were not asked any questions about how we wanted the title. great customer service, super time efficient, sam was one i spoke with and is such a sweet gentleman & he really seemed to know what he was talking about. i’ve been by a couple of times to see some vehicles but i’m pretty picky so none have taken thru. love this spot always some really cool cars in, especially during the summer!
Worst customer service. Spoke to Christian (last name unknown). 4 times during this week for specific vehicle. Drove 8 hrs to see a 2002 jeep wj. Called him yesterday evening. He said he still has the Jeep. Told him we'd be there today when he opens. We were there. He wasn't. We finally called and he said he had sold the jeep and then referred us to a trashy, rusty, jeep that he had left. He didn't care that we'd talked to him all week about that one particular Jeep. Sold me a piece of crap car that the motor was about to go out on. Didn’t get any money back at all. They were very rude and didn’t seem to want to help out.
