Parts counter is always dope
We brought our Freightliner to this service center on 6/12/25 due to DEF-related issues and a de-rate to 55mph. When I called ahead, they said we could be seen immediately—which was true. We arrived, and the truck was taken in at 9:59 AM. Unfortunately, the service quickly went downhill. A technician spent several hours incorrectly diagnosing the issue, suspecting a Jake brake solenoid FOR DEF ISSUES.
