Great communication and service.
Went into truck center at approximately 06:00 because I had warning lights on. Mechanic pulled my truck in to diagnose the problem at approximately 06:30. No one ever came to speak to me about the truck until 12:30 PM. Finally after 6 hrs I was informed about the 2 codes and the issues with my truck. The folks at truck centers didn't want to fix my truck because they were unsure which code was the actual problem. I was billed 864.00 for hooking up my truck to download the codes. Best experience I've EVER had getting parts. Derek Bull and Brad were amazing at finding the part and getting it programmed. Just an amazing experience. Very professional, friendly and courteous. I WILL be coming back for EVERYTHING ill ever need
