Was towed in with similar problem that was fixed in Lincoln at truck center. Sat there overnight supposedly they was diagnosing a problem on the night shift I was up threw the night walking by truck. There wasn't much activity but got charged while 2 techs was messing with mirror on another truck thanks for charging me for thar. Also in short no communication with Lincoln on diagnosis. Sure be nice you people quit milking the clock and get my sons truck fixed and out the door. Been there since early Tuesday morning and still isn't out the door. One day of bad weather is understandable but telling him the part will be here today, everyday and it not coming in because of incompetence. Pulled it in at about 11:30 this morning for maybe an hours worth of work and it still isn't done. Sure know how to bend someone over. Very informative and great service.
Wow let me tell you! These guy are great. They wasted no time and got right working on my truck. By 5 pm that same day I was out of there back on the road. They make sure everything is done the right way, to make sure I am safe on the road. Thanks Mr. Ray, Mr. Bill, AJ and my favorite Dalton that fix the truck.
