Great Customer Service and Technician at this facility. Charlie was very hospitable and kept me updated on my Trucks Progress. Three weeks later, so far so good with the Repair, Nox Sensor! Mechanic Chris I believe, did a good job, thanks to all. Second shift service writer was also very nice and welcoming. Helped me get situated with dropping my trailer and parking for the night. Thanks to all. Would definitely use this dealership again, and I don’t say that often. Everything nowadays is so expensive. So Kudos.
2 weeks later and nobody has reached out. I have put off writing this review in hopes that the situation would improve, but that has not happened. So, here we go. In December 2024 we were looking at buying a truck. This is not the first time we have purchased a truck, but has been the worst experience by far. The truck we were interested in was at a location in Minnesota.
