The wife and I did the All Inclusive Luxury Package for our birthday weekend and it was AMAZING!! We loved everything and will be back again for sure.
I had a contagious illness, got a doctor's note and ER visit to proof it at the time but I was not allowed to cancel my appointment. Even the manager can't make an exception. This is a red flag because it tells me about their practices allowing sick people to come in and jeopardize their employees, other customers and the Westin guests health for a dumb no same day cancellation rule. The Tropical Escape massage is the best!! And the mani/pedi was great too ☉�
It was my first massage treatment ever and it was PERFECT! Treated with soft yet firm hands! The best part besides the wine, was having my massage done on the deck! Loved the experience
