Observing the providers at TRUHEALTH gave me a new appreciation for medicine.The Doctor and staff here go above and beyond to make patients feel heard, demonstrating excellent patient care and teamwork.
I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff, Stephanie, was rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, her attitude made the visit feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is such an important part of healthcare, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. I hope management addresses this so future patients are treated with more respect.
This is definitely a place I would never go back to seriously the way the front desk/medical assistant treats pts is terrible it needs to be studied. I have been here a few times and the first time she was rude and disrespectful I brushed it off because I understand people have bad days but after a few times it becomes questionable. I was really looking forward to possibly changing over to this facility as my new pcp, however after my first encounter at this place I was disappointed and will not be returning. As i was entering, another patient told me I should take my money elsewhere, and as soon as I made it to the door I understood why.
