Very good people to work with the rims i wanted first they told me were put of stock and back ordered but after they took my money... but after i talk to the owner he sent me rims and linkd to them and gave them to me for the same price and worked with me to have them to me by the time i needed them... not only did he lose money on rims but did everything to make it right very good service and recommend them to everyone
TRU cleaned up a mess that wasnt even theirs! We ordered a rim from walmart online. Walmart false advertised and did nothing to correct situation, even after numerous phone calls. After contacting TRU, they immediately found a rim, paid to have it shipped overnight directly to us. We got it today. Thank you so much! We appreciate it so very much!
The customer service was the best I have had. If you need any vehicle customizations, check them out for sure.
Fantastic customer service! After some confusion with me ordering the wrong parts they were quick to reply and very helpful with me getting them returned and then exchanged for the right parts. Then to top it all off instead of going back on what they said they took a loss on the new parts to fulfill a promise they had made. Most companies would rather loose your business than take a loss on something. Again, fantastic customer service and i will definitely be coming back in the future.

Made an online purchase through Newegg from "One Up Motorsports" also known as TRU Motorsports and they canceled my order stating that they made a mistake in the listing. They should honor the price they list items for or it could be construed as FALSE ADVERTISING. Just because of this I will not be buying from them again and will refer friends and family elsewhere. Horrible customer service as well. They wouldn't even respond to my emails.
These guys are super. Jorge and James every time I called they were very helpful. Jorge went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved. Some of the best customer service and honesty I have ever encountered. Thanks for all of your help. Truck is running great. Definitely a company to do business with.
