My car felt like somethin was bent,pulled hard right steering wasn't straight. Alignment ha been done and no one could figure it out. After taken my car to byran,he cleared up that nothing is bent and just needed a proper alignment. The car drives perfectly now.
Byron is a phenomenal owner. His business is ran at the highest level. He's very approachable, friendly and is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Cannot say enough about Byron and Tru-Line in Bellevue. 1000% recommend!
Went to Tru-Line today. They adjusted height. Balanced the car, then aligned it. Boy was it out of whack. Well not anymore, they fixed me up right. The 2 hour ride home from Bellevue was a breeze. Took bumps just fine & no more bottoming out. Thanks gentleman for a job well done. Great customer service too. Would totally recommend anyone wanting their vehicle balanced & aligned, Tru-Line is the place to go.
I can't even believe the difference in my car after getting it aligned at Tru-Line recently. It handles so incredibly much better it feels like I have a new car! It's so much more enjoyable driving again knowing that my car handles the way it should. In addition, Pete's customer service was remarkable. He took time listening to and answering my questions and I felt like I could trust him 100%. I heartily recommend these guys.
Byron helped take care of my 2004 Acura TSX by replacing a wheel bearing and finding new tires to help me get me safely back to Texas. I was treated wonderfully and could tell that Byron understood the issue with the car as well as my local mechanic. Seattle is lucky have someone like this to help with their automotive repair needs.
I took by 2011 BMW 328ix Wagon in to Byron and thankfully he convinced me to dump my run-flats, get a good set of all-season Michelin's and do a 4 corner alignment. I honestly feel like I'm driving a new car. It is so much quieter and runs like it's on rails. I was so pleased I did the same thing to my wife's BMW. She also was amazed. Excellent experience. So nice to experience customer service at this level.
Great service, great result. The only establishment I trust with my car with for alignment services. The guys here have great attention to detail and put care and thought into their work.
