Was looking forward to getting out of the house and staying 10 min away to watch movies, relax and order room service. I double checked the website that these services were offered. I check in and they tell me there’s no room service bc of covid. Ummm why?! You can’t leave it at the door like Postmates etc has been doing forever?? At least update your website.
RecommendedI remember reading good reviews, but I do not think they do justice to this amazing spot. Need a car? Absolutely not, walking distance to to great places, dinner, mall, cafe’s etc. plus the pool is like something out of a movie! Diamond status or not, this has got to be my new favorite Hilton! It will be a sad moment to leave this place on Sunday!

I paid for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and got 90 minutes of a soft weak massage where she filled a lot of time with tucking blankets and messing around in the corner followed by a long wait for my pedicure without being offered any heat wraps or special drinks besides water or tea, although others were treated well and given these things. Third visit and I have never even been told that they had other drinks to offer. My husband is a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income. I told him to save his money from now on.... read more
RecommendedI've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and let me say this one is really top notch. Beautiful location on the water, superior service (thank you Seth) l, a big jetted tub overlooking the water and a nice fireplace. I definitely recommend this place.
