The people here are kind and helpful. Parking was easy. The rooms were standard for Tru except the shower wasn’t fully clean. We only stayed for one night but it was quiet and the tea area was always fully stocked.
Stayed two days recently, when arrive room was passable clean, but worn, this hotel may seem new but heavy use has made it frayed. Tried to get extra towels at 500 pm the next day and was told the hotel was out waiting for laundry service to deliver, the pool didn't even have towels. Woke up to someone sick in hallway.....a drunk.....on 5th floor around 100 am never was cleaned when I went down to breakfast at 730, take your chances here! We've been to Panama City twice and have stayed here both times. Location is good, I like the shower pressure personally. They have a really good breakfast too.
