Horrendous experience at this hotel, so disappointed, we have stayed in many Tru hotels with great experiences, but this location has to be the worse one ever, after an 8 hr drive, we showed up with a paid reservation to be informed that spur reservation had been canceled, so we decided to sit down and plan what to do next, then a lady showed up right after us with suitcase and bag pack in hand, and the front customer rep. asked her if she had a credit card for incidental, so that means they had availability, 👎👎👎👎👎👎

At first glance it looks really nice, in my opinion there are areas of improvement. Cleanliness of the restrooms need attention, the orange seals of the shower door are gross. I didn't like that the very first night of us being there we ran out of body soap, we called it in and it was brought up. My husband asked how to put it on and the person who brought it wasn't using any words to communicate. When I went to check they put hands soap instead of body soap. Why should i go to a hilton, because there usually good. But this location is not well managed. Dont use the laundry room, washmaschine has mold and the maschine has problem to do a regular wash. Dont waste your i already waste my time ;-) for 3 hours and had to go in the morning to a laundromat. No more coffee in the morning at 10am and they told its gona take 1h or more to brew fresh coffee, thats a big joke. And only one Elevator operates for a 6 Floor Hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was very clean and the staff went over and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time there
