King room was smaller than my cabin on the cruise. Very clean. Great location.
First time staying in a Tru by Hilton and it was great. We checked in late (930pm) and front desk was curious and welcoming. Room was clean and amenities were nice. Beds were comfortable and clean as well. At breakfast Nicole was wonderful! She was very helpful and quick to notice things (exp: bringing a highchair when we entered without asking, making a special plate of bacon for a guest who really was hoping for some, entertaining our son so we could grab coffee.) We had a wonderful visit, associates were very friendly and helpful!
I stay here often on trips south. The hotel is clean and the parking lot is well lit. The best part is the staff who are always friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Adrianna at her front desk for her warm hospitality.
