Absolutely unacceptable for a Hilton property. The shower was dirty with mold and mildew all along the tiles and caulking (see photos). It was disgusting and made me feel uncomfortable using it. Clearly, housekeeping and maintenance are not being done properly here. For the price and the Hilton name, I expected a clean and safe environment — instead, I got a bathroom that looked neglected and unsanitary. Very disappointing stay. Really quaint rooms. Great breakfast. Nice service.

Important things: Room was clean and quiet. As expected: Bright, colorful decor that reminds you a little of a freshman college dorm, foosball in the lobby, and well-lit parking. Surprises: The road appears closed but it’s open for guests, just go very slowly as there isn’t a gradual drop/rise where the road is dug out. The staff was nearby but not always behind the reception desk, usually a few steps away. It’s not clear if they are understaffed or just a little wiggly.
My stays at Tru hotels are always amazing! This location was spotless, rooms were nice and clean. The staff is so friendly, and helpful. Especially Trinity! She was professional, helpfull, and kind. I will be back when work takes me back to the area.
