Great but didn’t have towels when I arrived. Super friendly staff, had a parcel delivered which was waiting for me when I arrived at check-in. Have booked to stay again.
What really shines here is the front desk. They really only have one max two people working at this desk. This location chose to put a premium on this people. I was a needier than average guest during my recent stay and each individual accommodated my requests with ease and kindness I even had great conversations with two of them - Hilton is leading the charge on guest services and it’s noted
One night but was cozey and fun atmosphere. Very functional layout with fun aspects to the entire building. Staff was welcoming, helpful, and kind.
