Just ok! The room was super small and the bed made noise. Don't know about service as we never spoke to anyone because we checked in and out with the app which is super convenient.
They went above and beyond for me. I just wish they served soda at the breakfast bar, not everyone wants coffee, juice or milk first thing in the morning.
I will never stay here again, based on check-in experience. My family and I were given the run around for hours about why our rooms weren't ready at check-in time. Their excuses were that they're in the process of cleaning rooms, the hotel was overbooked, and again that they were getting someone to clean our rooms. Meanwhile, several other ppl checked in with no problem during this time. It wasn't until the "real" mgr got involved that our rooms were ready all of a sudden.
