I had a great stay at the Tru Hotel, the rooms were clean, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff were all really friendly. Claudia helped me out once when I needed something for my room, and she was super nice about it. I’d definitely stay here again!
The staff here are fantastic! I especially ha e to give kudos to Raquel and Lisa at the front desk! Our trip was extended several times unexpectedly, and they both were so friendly, helpful, and professional. We ended up staying over a week. Best price and cleanest in town! The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job as well! We did have to stay one night next door at Holiday Inn and ir's poorly managed with lots of people complaining (even the staff). I recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Lodi, CA, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a vibrant and modern atmosphere and the front desk lady Lisa was so awesome.
