First time staying at a Tru. It's a step or two up from a Red Roof Inn, but I wouldn't recommend staying at if you can afford an extra $15 -$20. The floors are sticky and stick to your feet, there is dirt on the floor that looks like old hair bands, the shower has questionable spots in it, as well as the wall by the toilet, there is dirt and crumbs around the bed frame that need to be cleaned, and we can literally hear the person walking in the room above us. BEWARE: this hotel has roaches! Unfortunately, we went against our best judgement and stayed at this location after seeing the ratings were below a 4.0. While using the restroom in the middle of the night, a roach ran across the floor. Although we immediately reported the issue with proof to the front desk, nothing was done because only the manager (Hershey) could issue a refund. We weren’t even offered a different room.
