Horrible bed. Noisy, highway noise. Dumpsters are picked up at 3am. Not very friendly at the service desk.
The shower had not been cleaned and the shower doors were also nasty, the sink was clogged and hair was on the nightstand.
Road noise is awful. Bring earplugs.
Great hotel. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.
I had a work convention so this is the hotel that my job booked for my stay when arrived the room looked nice until I further inspected my room. The bathroom had hair in the sink and shower, and there was a nasty dirty shirt hanging on the bathroom door, I grabbed some tp and took it to the front desk to let the lady know she seemed unconcerned took the shirt threw it away only to find out some of my other colleges had to have their room to be cleaned again.
