Lamp and phone in room do not work and no tissue paper. Went to the desk and no one was there. Got a text message from Krunal at Hilton asking how the room was and advised him of the issues. He said go to the desk...
Nice rooms and you have a free and great tasting breakfast in the morning.
Horrible customer service and very very slow at getting back to you. Do not recommend staying here stay at aloft next door.
Note to self… clean room, needs light Maintenace, comfy bed, fridge but no micro, good coffee. $100-
