Finding a nice hotel in a good area is hard to find these days but this hotel and stay was one of my favorite! We are from FL and our morning plans were cancelled so they let us check in early (over 3 hrs early) Michelle was a lifesaver letting us check in early because we have a toddler with us as well. The whole staff was nice and greeted us anytime we seen them. There is a nice little indoor pool and a pool table with seating areas in the front lobby. Rooms were clean too! Tru corporate puts a great hotel together. However, the people bring it to life here. Michelle at the front desk enthusiastically giving the rundown on literally everything down to their beloved rubber duck program! Chris the maestro on cleanliness and coordination. Chasity, Madison and Tiffany doing what it takes to execute a polished experience. There are plenty of high end hotels that don’t operate like this one. The best nice clean rooms! Staff was awesome and accommodating to our ball team. Kids loved it! Plan on staying again especially if they can give us group rate…thanks for the hospitality!
This was a mixed bag of a hotel. Very pet friendly and they actually have a little off leash Park but it is tiny tiny tiny. Pleasant to sit outside , felt safe and comfortable although I felt like I was about to be carried off by a herd of mosquitoes. The staff were friendly and helpful and the accessible accommodations thoughtful and comfortable . This is an eco-friendly Hotel.
