Rooms were very clean.Good size bathroom. Main room was a bit tight. No coffee pot ot microwave, though. Front desk person was nice. Close to JMU and downtown.
We had an unexpected problem with a different Hilton location during our time in Harrisonburg for a wedding and needed to find a place for 4 families to stay. I was able to book all 4 rooms easily on the Hilton app and when we arrived, each family member was able to use their own credit cards to pay. I've been trying to book a room block at this location since March 2026 (It's now June 2026). 24 calls and multiple emails unanswered or told to call back or email again. I like this chain very much and have never had a bad experience at any Tru by Hilton location I've stayed at. I don't know why this particular location won't return my calls or emails and I keep being told to call back by the front desk over and over. Love this hotel. I needed somewhere to stay for the night and I booked this hotel. The room was very clean. The only problem I had was the shower door didn’t close all the way. Staff was great especially the overnight front desk employee. She helped me check out. I would definitely stay here against
