Very polite staff, easy check in, very clean and comfortable beds!
Tru by Hilton Harrisonburg is a clean, safe, and well-managed hotel with great value for the price. The breakfast quality was good and nicely varied, and the overall environment felt secure and very well maintained. Parking was excellent and convenient. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Went to the JMU graduation. Everything was good. The only thing I would change is putting carpet on the floor in the rooms. In December a herd wood floor gets cold.
