There are so many bad reviews for the ER but I actually had a pretty good experience. I initially went to the Enterprise ER and they did absolutely nothing for me when I was having pretty bad issues with my lungs and a past of asthma. I decided to give the Troy Regional ER a chance because I was not going to go back to the Enterprise ER after them telling me to drink water for my lungs and I have been to the Troy Regional ENT and on the surgery floor and everyone I interacted with then were absolute saints. The worst experience of my life. The doctor was arrogant and rude. I would rather drive 40 minutes bleeding to a different hospital than ever go back there again

The staff was extremely kind from check-in, to labs, and even physicians. The facility was clean and seemed to have modern equipment. They were thorough in looking for answers. The physician was very detailed, took time to explain the issue and answer any questions I had, and seemed to genuinely care about my health, not just getting me in and out.

Worst medical emergency center! I’m 24 years old and I called needing medical assistance issuing a prescription matter and after I got my reports in, it was nothing but false claims. They asked me if I’m depressed I said for a short matter due to the transitioning from driving 19 hours and environmental changes, however they put down my depression is due to “grades” at college which is false.
