Rude and almost useless. I went for a bleeding issue and they didn't even offer me pain medicine even though I was in agony and kept accusing me of trying to get use to ER as a doctor's office. One nurse kept saying they don't do diagnostics there and they were for emergency's until I reminded her why I came in. They said my blood levels were 'normal' but I don't even trust that because they seemed more eager to rush me out then listen to me. I was in an ATV accident and made it to the ER late at night. I was received quickly but sat for hours without being checked by a doctor or a nurse. Not even water was offered to me. As for me I had a terrible experience with the night shift. Very rude and negligent of patients.
My mom went up there last night the doctor did not know how to use an EKG and was very disrespectful I’m not saying and names but it start with an Simons he told her it was acid reflux she got 4 miles down the road and had a heart attack that they could have caught and she is now in a hospital that in bad shape way to go Troy hospital
There are so many bad reviews for the ER but I actually had a pretty good experience. I initially went to the Enterprise ER and they did absolutely nothing for me when I was having pretty bad issues with my lungs and a past of asthma. I decided to give the Troy Regional ER a chance because I was not going to go back to the Enterprise ER after them telling me to drink water for my lungs and I have been to the Troy Regional ENT and on the surgery floor and everyone I interacted with then were absolute saints. The worst experience of my life. The doctor was arrogant and rude. I would rather drive 40 minutes bleeding to a different hospital than ever go back there again
