This facility is poorly run. The public is often not told when things are broken, when the pool is randomly closed for reasons unknown, many in supervising positions are rude and arrogant, some lifeguards are rude, lifeguards often don’t pay attention to swimmers, and don’t enforce the rules for some, etc. They don’t fix things like the splash pad which is a main attraction for the kids.
