Troy Kearns is unprofessional. He decided not to rent out a commerical property that he owns off rainbow. He strung me along while having my application and deposit. He had Kristin call me to let me know his decision. I was finally able to speak with Troy and he told me his decision was made. He also mentioned that he didn’t need the money and disconnected the phone! Talk about Professional or ethical but I guess he has a lot of money to treat other poorl.
